18th Monaco Yacht Show

Apreamare Maestro 80 Italy’s Apreamare drew on 150 years of experience to create the 80, the newest addition to its Maestro line, which debuted at Cannes before making its way to Monaco. Tagged as the yacht with large ideas, the Maestro 80 claims the ability to offer unparalleled accommodations in the 24-meter yacht sector. The collaboration between Zuccon International and Ferretti’s AYT division provides considerable hull and superstructure volumes. The expanded belowdecks living area features three double cabins and one twin double for the owner and guests, as well as four shower-equipped bathrooms. The carefully arranged flybridge offers the owner increased space and greater flexibility. The 80 will be equipped with a choice of two MTU engines capable of cruising speeds between 26 and 29 knots. www.apreamare.it (Click image to enlarge)

Pershing 80 The new Pershing 80 first presented in Cannes inherited both its sleek profile and range of high-tech features from the Pershing 72. The new 24.5-meter model, from designer Fulvio de Simoni, offers owners exceptional performance. Two standard 2,000-hp MTUs combined with Arneson ASD 15L surface propellers are expected to give a top speed of 44 knots, while a faster version with two 2,400-hp MTUs should provide a 50-knot top end. Available with either three or four cabins, the 80 boasts an exclusive extendable-retractable hardtop. The galley is separated from the salon for additional guest privacy. The Italian yard also will show its ever-popular Pershing 90. Based on the flagship Pershing 115, the 90’s open superstructure boasts spacious inside spaces and three vertical windows on each side of the master cabin. www.pershing-yacht.com (Click image to enlarge)
