The first of the new Lazzara 110s for the European market recently sold through IYC.
August-September 2007

Besides its recent acquisition by Trinity Yachts, International Yacht Collection (IYC) is keeping busy on the sales front. The 115-foot Enchantress and the 108-foot Party Girl were recently sold through its offices, as well as the first Lazzara 110 in Europe. Purpose-built for the European market, the 110-foot Lazzara is RINA-classed and MCA compliant with five staterooms and a 26-knot cruising speed. www.iyc.com.

The new joint central agency listing for the Ted Fontaine/Holland Jachtbouw sailing yacht Aventura has been awarded to Yachting Partners International (YPI). YPI shares the listing of the 2006 launch with Northrop & Johnson Florida. YPI also reported the sale of the Azimut 74 Viva. On the charter front, YPI added two new central agency yachts, the 40-meter Lürssen Leonora and the 38-meter Heesen Calaf. Both yachts recently had extensive refits. Visit www.ypi.co.uk.

Following the sale of the 85-meter megayacht Annaliesse, Ocean Independence has seen further big sales. Its Monaco office just completed the purchase of the 60-meter Titan. The SOLAS-compliant yacht capable of carrying 22 passengers will also join the Ocean Independence charter fleet. Other sales include the 39-meter Proteksan motor yacht Vinidrea II and the 13-meter WallyTender Dark Haze, along with a 37-meter new build Benetti Classic and a 24-meter Riva Phantom. The 20-meter Ferretti Nilo is the group’s most recent sales listing. In the charter department, a 27-meter Pershing, a 20-meter Mangusta, a 41-meter Heesen and several Jongerts have joined the fleet.

Merle Wood & Associates signed three exciting new central agencies for sale, including the 197-foot oceAnco Aviva II, the 144-foot Trinity Marlena and the 124-foot Delta Thirteen. Aviva II features an Andrew Winch interior, six capacious staterooms and newly added zero-speed stabilizers. She is currently in the Mediterranean. New central agency sales listings from Fraser Yachts encompass the 246-foot Fincantieri motor yacht Goldmine, the 148-foot Feadship Her Honor and the 91-foot Lavagna motor yacht Morning Star. New for charter, Fraser lists the 163-foot Perini Navi sailing yacht Aurore (sold this spring through Fraser’s Monaco office), in addition to the 144-foot oceAnco motor yacht Deep Blue and the previously mentioned Feadship for sale, Her Honor.
