New listings from CNI include the seductive 75-foot Hot Chocolate from Yonca-Onuk, Turkey. She reaches a top speed of 64 knots and is listed at the Cannes office.

Yachts are selling in pairs for Camper & Nicholsons International (CNI), with the sales of both the classic 103-foot Feadship De Vries Tradition (ex-Emerald K) and the 152-foot Feadship Confidante. The 116-foot Azimut Mi Vida and the 99-foot Azimut Papos M also sold. Other sales include two beautiful sailing yachts, the 106-foot Holland Jachtbouw Christoffel’s Lighthouse and the well-known 115-foot Lady Anna of Fife. Visit www.cnconnect.com.

Swiss sales and brokerage house Ocean Independence (OCI) has a plethora of news across the board. In addition to the appointment of Stephanie Archer as the group’s new central agency charter broker at the company’s UK office, OCI announced two sales, four central agencies for sale and one central agency for charter. The 164-foot oceAnco Anedigmi (ex-Altavida) sold, with OCI acting on the owner’s behalf. It’s joined by the sale of the 101-foot sailing yacht Psyrax. As for new additions on the sales front, the motor yachts C’est La Vie, Barracuda and Anoud Al Doha are all available, ranging from 85 to 101 feet. The sailing yacht AWOL Again, a 27-meter Turkish motor sailer, is also for sale. And the latest addition to OCI’s growing charter fleet is the 66-foot Liara, a 2002 build from Southern Ocean Marine. Killian Yacht & Ship Brokers sold Daydream, a 140-foot Christensen tri-deck. Other central agency listings are a 142-foot custom motor yacht, a 92-foot Hatteras and two luxury passenger ships at 300 feet, Cape May Light and Cape Cod Light. Visit www.killianyacht.com.

The hottest charter offering this summer from The Sacks Group was the 100-foot Hargrave motor yacht Cocktails. Joining her were the equally popular 100-foot Katina and the 97-foot Hooter Patrol IV. New for sale from Edmiston is the impressive 241-foot Salem. Having only been in private use since her 1998 re-build, this NV Scheepswerf, Holland-built yacht accommodates 48 guests in 27 cabins. Aquarius S, a 106-foot Falcon motor yacht is also for sale through Edmiston. Completed sales include the Alloy Yachts sailing yacht Drumbeat, Oscar 2 from Overmarine and Gilara, a 2005 Sunseeker.
