Palmer Johnson’s 135 Series to Debut at Miami Show.
Waterfront: A Bigger Bullet

Palmer Johnson 135
Sticking to a successful formula, Palmer Johnson will debut its latest aluminum sport yacht, the PJ 135, at this year’s Miami International Boat Show. Designed by Dan Lenard and Carlo Nuvolari on a fast hull by noted speed merchant Donald Blount, the yacht follows the same ultra-contemporary lines established for the 120-foot series that debuted with Cover Drive in 2004, but greatly enhances outdoor living on the main-deck level with a longer shade deck and multiple social areas on the flying bridge above. The 27-foot-6-inch beam also allows full walkaround side decks, which give safe and easy access to sun pads and a Jacuzzi on the bow.

From the outdoor lounge, dining area and bar, glass doors open wide on the salon, offering the possibility of a seamless living space all the way forward to the pilothouse, which is separated from the salon by a glass wall and a pair of pocket doors. Four guest cabins and a large master suite are below amidships. Powered by a pair of MTU 16V4000s, the PJ 135 promises an exciting ride with speeds in excess of 30 knots.
