Waterfront: CRN’s Hana Down the Ways
Italian builder launches second of 43-meter composite series.

The Ferretti Group’s crn shipyard in Ancona, Italy, in March launched the 43-meter composite motor yacht Hana for a Middle Eastern client. Hana is the second launch of the yard’s new 43-meter series of which six already have sold.

Hana, with a beam of 8.7 meters, sleeps 10 guests and nine crew. She operates at a maximum speed of 15.5 knots, with a cruising speed of 13. Built in collaboration with Zuccon International Project, Hana is distinguished by the noteworthy size of her four decks and her many open-air zones.

Another distinctive characteristic of the CRN 43 line is the terrace in the owner’s suite, which is designed as a balcony large enough to hold a table and chairs for enjoying meals while overlooking the ocean.

As of mid-summer, CRN had 22 projects under construction, with 13 of those bearing the CRN brand: seven custom projects in steel and aluminum at lengths of 54 to 72 meters and six semi-custom composite vessels measuring from 40 to 43 meters.
