Oceanco, the Dutch builder of last year’s spectacular
Alfa Nero, and prior to that
Amevi, last April launched
the 75.5-meter Anastasia. With a hull,
exterior and interior designed by Australian Sam Sorgiovanni,
Anastasia took to the water
with a celebration attended by some 600 guests.
"My objective was to create a form that was interesting, to
give visual excitement and interest where the deck levels were made virtually
impossible to follow from bow to stern," said
Sorgiovanni.
Anastasia features a bi-level owner’s suite and
accommodations for 10 guests in two VIP cabins and three doubles. In addition to
a massive garage that houses myriad toys, a tender and a 9.5-meter limousine,
the yacht has a massage room, a cinema and a medical room. Her sun deck has a
touch-and-go helipad.
Powered by a pair of 3,650-hp MTU 16V400 M90 diesels, the yacht has a top
speed of 18 knots and a 4,000-nm cruising range at 14 knots.
