Oceanco’s Latest Hits the High Seas.
Waterfront: Floating Resort

Oceanco 217
Oceanco’s new world cruiser, Dilbar, headed out to sea in April, sent off by the energetic salsa and samba thump of a festive Latin/Caribbean shore-side celebration. The 66-meter steel-and-aluminum full-displacement vessel was launched January 30 at the Alblasserdam shipyard in the Netherlands. Originally commissioned by a different owner, the yacht switched hands midconstruction.

Her exterior styling is distinctly Oceanco, yet the in-house team varied the design somewhat by incorporating a rounded transom. The sun deck is a resort unto itself with a central waterfall Jacuzzi, an outdoor cinema and disco, dining for 18 and a helipad.

The stunning Alberto Pinto interior accommodates 12 guests in four twin guest cabins and an extremely spacious master suite that can be divided into two king-bed staterooms. Dilbar also includes captain’s and engineer’s cabins, six twin crew cabins and two staff cabins.

Twin Deutz engines, rated for 3,000 horsepower each at 900 rpm, provide a maximum speed of 16 knots.
