Despite her massive size, the 67-meter
(220-foot) Lürssen Apoise is poetry in motion. Espen Oeino’s
exterior design for the six-deck steel motor yacht wraps her in a graceful,
symmetrical aluminum superstructure. Within her 12.8-meter beam, however,
she boasts volumes of space ideally suited to entertaining her owner’s
guests and charter parties.
Apoise’s interior layout, classically
styled by François Zuretti, includes an owner’s suite measuring more than 130
square meters. A bridge-deck VIP suite and four staterooms, each with king-size
beds, ably accommodate the rest of the guests. The circular glass elevator
provides a focal point in the lobby, while on the exterior, the large pool
with integrated bar is a center of attention. Other standouts include the
sports bar, gym and giant Jacuzzi.
Twin Caterpillar 3516B DITA engines provide Apoise with a top
speed of 16 knots and a range of 5,000 nautical miles. Fully MCA compliant,
she is destined for the global luxury charter circuit.
