  • Former Rybovich Spencer owner Jim Bronstien joins Tom Lewis as executive vice president and COO of Broward Marine. "There are very few companies in the area that I would have considered teaming with, but Broward has the heritage and brand along with a renewed quality and focus that will put them ahead of the pack," says Bronstien.   • Arrow Services Monaco (ASM) opened a new office in Geneva to assist its many Swiss-based clients and their advisors. Laura Arnaldi Piras of the Monaco office now operates ASM Geneva as resident manager. The new offices are located at 16 rue le Corbusier, Geneva. In Monaco, Sabine Boratynski joins the group, specializing in accounting and finance. An active player in Mediterranean yachting, ASM carried out the sale, purchase, finance and registration of five Wally yachts this year for clients; consulted on a new Abeking & Rasmussen 131-footer (40-meter); and is acting for the owner on the construction of a 148-foot (45-meter) Mondomarine.   • Washington State–based Ashton Yachts completed a deal with Northern Marine that provides it with exclusive worldwide rights to represent all Northern Marine yachts that are 130 feet and larger. The well-respected luxury trawlers have been a success since their inception.   • Lamberto Tacoli was appointed new president of the CRN Shipyard in Ancona, Italy, as well as CEO for sales and marketing of the luxury yacht brand. Gennaro Candida De Matteo takes Tacoli’s place as CEO for the operations and finance areas of the company. In other CRN news, the company decided to stop operating exclusively through dealer MarineMax within the Unites States.   • Feadship America recently appointed Francois van Well as director and CEO. Previously a director at Royal Van Lent, van Well now works alongside Don Kenniston, who ran the Dutch yachtbuilders’ office in the United States for close to 30 years. Using the Fort Lauderdale, Florida, office to his advantage, van Well says he looks forward to working with American clients on a more personal basis, without the constraints of time zones.
