The 135-foot Heesen Seven Sins is available for charter through YPI. She sleeps 10 guests and cruises at 14 knots.

Yachting Partners International (YPI) opened a new office in Monaco, just in time to celebrate its 35th anniversary in September. The new offices are located in the 1930s Le Victoria building on the Boulevard Princesse Charlotte. The office will specialize in large-yacht sales and the supervision of existing new construction projects, as well as provide local service to the many YPI clients who live in or regularly visit the principality. Construction of a series of new manufacturing facilities is under way at the Palmer Johnson shipyard in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin. Among the new buildings is a 16,000-square-foot structure that is the first noteworthy addition to the site since 1989. Others at 13,000 and 20,000 square feet will soon follow. These new structures will enable the yard to nearly double its new-build construction capacity, which is now close to four yachts a year. The Palmer Johnson range is presently described as semi-custom sport yachts from 120 to 150 feet, although a 165-footer can be expected in the near future. Visit www.palmerjohnson.com.
