Florida builder Outer Reef Yachts to offer two smaller models.

Outer Reef Yachts of Fort
Lauderdale, builder of trawler yachts 65 to 85 feet, has announced it is
expanding its line downward in length with the introduction of two new models: a
58 and a 63. The 58 has a three-stateroom, two-head layout with a full-beam
master amidships. The yacht’s beam is 16 feet, 10 inches. The 63 is
approximately the same hull with the addition of a five-foot fishing cockpit.
With the 63 arrangement, the engine is moved two feet aft, which allows extra
space in the master.
With the addition of the fishing cockpit and the increased
stowage it allows, the 63 is well equipped for a variety of watersports.
Fabrication of the first hull was expected to begin this fall.
