Sunreef Yachts of Gdansk,
Poland, announced the first order for its 31-meter luxury double-deck sailing
catamaran. Designed by Sunreef’s in-house design team, the sloop-rigged yacht
will be the largest catamaran manufactured by Sunreef Shipyard and one of the
few in the world of its size.
The yacht’s interior will be fully customized in close
cooperation between the yacht’s owner and the Sunreef design team. She will be
"cozy, comfortable and homey," the company says. Her interior will be dominated
by contrasting light and dark wengé and anigre joinery. She will cruise at 12 to
14 knots. Delivery is scheduled for early next year.
