Waterfront: Two Over 200
Newcruise and Nobiskrug Team Up on Two Builds.

Nobiskrug 240 & 220
German design firm Newcruise and shipyard Nobiskrug have their hands full with builds of 240 and 220 feet, both slated for delivery in the next two years. At 218 feet, Hull No. 777 features interior and exterior designs by Newcruise’s Roland Krueger and Frank Neubelt, who are also serving as design consultants throughout the life of the project. The interior has a light, summertime feel, while the exterior has a timeless appeal based on both conventional yacht styles and modern concepts. Wide outer decks and open spaces characterize her layout and lines, which are specified in the brief to be a “modern, yachty look, readable from the horizon.”

Hull No. 778 has a masculine character with an exterior profile that features significant and surprising details. Her interior is distinctive, with huge open windows that join the sea with the modern décor. A gymnasium has been designed to open onto the aft deck swim platform. (Click image to enlarge)
