A Florida company called SpyTorch is marketing a compact flashlight for use in a variety of outdoor situations. Called the LEDtek 3-21 Ultimate Utility Torch, the flashlight measures 3.5 inches long and has a handle width of 1.125 inches. The lens comprises 21 LED elements that cast a diffused, super-bright beam.

The case is made of heavy-duty aluminum and is lightweight, water resistant and shock resistant. Unlike some mini-lights on the market, the LEDtek 3-21 doesn’t generate heat. Another advantage over some of its competitors is that, rather than running on expensive camera batteries, it uses just three AAA cells. The light is available in the original black or new camo finish and comes with a holster. MSRP is $24.95.
