Long a familiar sight in the cockpits of private aircraft, David Clark headsets are now available for use aboard yachts. The Series 9800 features a master station that provides intercom communications for up to six crew, can connect to a cellular phone for each user and has a stereo input. An LCD control panel display lets the user toggle through control settings and select listening levels and microphone sensitivity.

Over- or behind-the-head headsets are equipped with Comfort-Gel ear seals and provide a noise-reduction rating of 23 decibels. The optional body switch offers intercom- and radio transmit-capability for up to two crew.
