Opacmare’s Galactica series cranes for large tenders provide
lifting capacities of 2,200 to 5,500 pounds. The boom extends to 21 feet 4
inches and rotates through 180 degrees. A 12V to 24V electronic control
built into the base directs hydraulic drives and is operated by a watertight
pushbutton control strip attached to a two-meter cable. An emergency system
enables operation during power outages.
Options include a yacht-quality fiberglass fairing, custom colors,
340-degree rotation capability, an additional control strip socket, lighting and
a hydraulic and electronic control unit that operates on 220V or 380V. Galactica
can also be custom-built to any yacht’s size and lifting
requirements.
