Designed to meet U.S. military performance specifications, it delivers up to three times the cranking amperage of similarly sized conventional batteries. A deep cycle battery, the Odyssey can sit dormant for two years and still hold enough charge to start the motor it was intended for, and be drained 100 percent numerous times and recharged to full power.

Not sensitive to charging, it has no restrictions on current input and will recharge in one-third the time of a conventional battery. The batteries are warranted against factory defects for two years in power-sport applications, three years in heavy-duty marine use, and the large Group 31 PC2150 carries a four-year warranty.
