Continuing to expand the functionality of its E-Series and H6
systems, Raymarine has added video cameras to its list of system options.
Up to four of the fixed-focus stationary CAM100 cameras can be strategically
placed to provide a total view of the vessel and its surroundings.
The camera uses a high-resolution CCD element to provide a
true-color image in daylight. In low-light conditions, an LED sensor
automatically switches the camera to infrared operation, and combined with
built-in anti-IR, it provides a crisp, black-and-white image of up to 50 feet in
total darkness.
Available in either NTSC or PAL, CAM100 is plug-and-play
compatible with E-Series and H6 systems. It also offers a 12-volt DC input and
BNC connection.
