The 49.8-metre Heesen semi-displacement motor yacht Como I is newly listed for sale with Jonathan Zwaans of Y.CO.
The all-aluminium 23.5-knot vessel was launched by Heesen in the Netherlands in 2014 to a design by Omega Architects with interiors by Francesco Paszkowski. She was built on a proven platform and completed her 10-year survey this year.
Accommodation is provided for 12 guests in six cabins, with the master cabin and its private study positioned on the main deck and guest cabins on the lower deck, comprising a VIP double cabin, two double cabins and two twin cabins. There are quarters for a crew of 10.
Como I's open-plan saloon on the main deck is decorated in "a chic blend of neutral tones" with "plush" seating around a "stylish" low coffee table.
